About Stuart Roos
Stuart Roos took the helm as co-founder and Managing Director of Crusader Logistics in 2000, and his 22 year tenure has been synonymous with efficiency and reliability. The most important lesson that he has learned from his career in logistics is that nothing gets done overnight, because it takes time to build sustainable solutions - hence his motto, “patience under fire”.
About Brett Harris
When Brett Harris co-founded Crusader Logistics in 2000, he knew that his attention to detail and negotiating ability would set the business apart from its competitors. He believes that the key to success in logistics lies in fostering relationships with service providers who take a personal interest in the business and want to see it succeed. Brett is an avid scuba diver who translates his love for the ocean into a passion for marine conservation.
About Myen Naidoo
As the National Executive for Warehousing and Business Development at Crusader Logistics, Myen Naidoo’s most valuable contribution to the business is his ability to follow through - or as he puts it, “create the plan, market the plan, execute the plan.” While he has only been a part of the Crusader team for 4 years, he has been involved in logistics and supply chain businesses since 1994. Myen is passionate about charitable work, especially feeding the hungry, and dreams about opening his own food kitchen for the poor one day.
About Bevleane Carrilho
As Crusader Logistics’ National Finance Executive, Bevleane Carrilho relies on her extensive finance experience to adapt an industry that is constantly changing and always dynamic. No matter what the challenge, Bevleane always believes that there is a solution and that tomorrow will be a better day. In her free time, Bevleane enjoys dancing, fine dining and reading. She recently read The Camino by Shirley Macline and dreams of completing the Camino walk on her own one day.
About Wessel Swanepoel
Wessel Swanepoel has been a pivotal part of the Crusader Logistics team for three years. As National Linehaul Fleet Executive, he uses his unique skillset to empower others to reach their full potential. Wessel’s passion for the logistics industry stems from the diversity of situations that arise and the management of daily challenges. When he isn’t spending quality time with his family and friends, you can catch Wessel watching sport (he’s an avid Springboks fan!) or playing the guitar.
